The Red House and Neighboring Department is Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited.

On March 27, 1947 the Red House and Neighboring Department Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited (RHAND) was registered under the Credit Union Societies Ordinance, it was the 38th Credit Union in Trinidad and Tobago.

RHAND is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of fourteen members that are nominated at the Annual General Meeting.
